My hubs requested this after seeing a post on FaceBook.
So I made them sugar free.
1 lb of strawberries
1-8 oz of cream cheese
splash of lemon juice
1/4 c sour cream
1/2 c IDEAL brown sugar (or to taste)
1/2 T Madagascar vanilla bean paste
Cut the tops of berries off to create a flat surface.
Cut an X 1/2 way thru tip of berries.
Mix
all ingredients in mixer and put in zip lock bag. If you dont have a
cupcake filler tip, then cut a small hole in corner of bag and pipe
cream in the berries.
